The site
This site is my personal blog and playground. I’ll be experimenting with alpha, beta and omicron versions of Drupal and its modules, so if this site throws a fit, eats your comments or melts your screen, congratulate yourself and bask in the cozy, fuzzy feeling that you’re actively contributing to open source software by being a willing test subject. Drupal loves you.
The work
Though I’ve been architecting and developing Drupal based websites the last couple of years, from mid 2008 on I’ll be focussing on higher level consultancy and, primarily, Drupal workshops and Drupal training in Belgium and abroad.
I work with individuals and, mostly, non-profit organisations. I help them figure out what approach to take to get the most out of the web.
The Drupal
In early 2007 I picked up Drupal and started implementing it in favor of the Ruby on Rails framework which was my focus until then. About a year later I co-founded Belgium’s first web agency fully dedicated to Drupal.
When that company became fully self-sufficient and started hiring its first employees, I left the company in the capable hands of the remaining founders and freed up my schedule to dig into other Drupal challenges. Expect me to focus on non-profit organisations, Drupal training in Belgium and abroad, and community building from now on.
Drop me a line whenever you want to chat about Drupal, Open Source Software or the airspeed velocity of an unladen swallow.
